1. Who we are
Being Sociable is an initiative of MOG Software Development.
MOG Software Development, Hagelwit 17, 2718 AE Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 92419887. VAT number: NL004956466B45.
Contact: gerbert@beingsociable.com or the contact form on the coaching page.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to using beingsociable.com, creating an account, buying online courses and coaching.
3. Courses and coaching
You buy an online course once. After payment you have access to the material in your account for as long as the platform exists.
Coaching always starts with a free introductory conversation. After that we agree together how often we meet, in what form and what it costs.
The first module of each course, the tests and the articles are free.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
You pay with the payment methods we offer. Once payment succeeds, you get access to the course straight away.
5. Immediate delivery and withdrawal
An online course is available right after payment. When you buy, we ask you to agree that delivery starts immediately. This means the legal 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you have access.
6. Rescheduling or cancelling coaching
You can reschedule or cancel a coaching session free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, by email. If you cancel later, we may charge the reserved time.
7. Your account
Your account and course access are personal. Please don't share your login with others.
On the forum we treat each other with respect. Hurtful, inappropriate or commercial behaviour can lead to your account being limited or closed.
8. Intellectual property
All texts, illustrations, exercises and course materials belong to MOG Software Development. You may use them for your own development. Copying, sharing or selling them requires our written permission.
9. Expectations and liability
The courses and coaching give you practical ways to connect more easily. Everyone is different, so we can't guarantee a specific result.
Coaching at Being Sociable is about skills and is not a replacement for psychological or medical help.
We are not liable for indirect damage. Our liability is always limited to the amount you paid for the course or service.
10. Complaints and disputes
Not happy with something? Email gerbert@beingsociable.com and we'll look for a good solution together first.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes go to the competent court in The Hague.
